This is my first post so I think I should start with introducing myself..
I am 22 years old and am currently being assessed for a double lung transplant caused my an genetic illness called Cystic Fibrosis which is slowly destroying my lungs. I have spent large amounts of time this year in hospital due to re-occurring chest infections. I am trying to remain as positive as I can whilst I wait to find out whether I am eligible to go on the waiting list for a double lung transplant which will save my life and enable me to live a happy and healthy life.
